We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to join our team and help us attract the people who keep our manufacturing and distribution operations moving forward. If you’re a strategic recruiter who thrives in a high-volume environment, knows how to find hard-to-reach talent, and enjoys partnering with hiring leaders to solve workforce challenges, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Own the Hiring Process Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hourly and non-exempt positions—from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance. Partner With Leadership Work closely with HR Business Partners, plant leaders, and frontline supervisors to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Find Great Talent Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, community outreach, schools, military partnerships, and other channels. Build Talent Pipelines Create and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, building relationships with candidates for both current and future opportunities. Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure candidates have a positive, engaging experience throughout the hiring process. Lead Recruiting Events Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, open houses, and community recruiting initiatives to expand our talent reach. Think Strategically Partner with business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs, develop hiring plans, monitor labor market trends, and support long-term workforce planning. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of recruiting experience, Heavy-volume recruiting experience within a manufacturing and/or distribution environments. Required: Experience recruiting skilled trades and manufacturing roles such as Welders, Machinists, Assemblers, Material Handlers, Toolmakers, Maintenance Technicians, etc. Proven ability to manage approximately 20–30 open requisitions consistently Experience recruiting non-exempt, exempt, and managerial roles in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment Experience managing high-volume recruiting across multiple locations Strong sourcing experience using online and offline channels Experience with behavioral-based interview methodologies Experience using skill and knowledge assessments Strong consultative, communication, and influencing skills Ability to partner effectively with HR and business leaders Knowledge of labor market trends and employment practices Knowledge of EEO and diversity & inclusion practices Experience using a CRM preferred This is more than filling open positions.
