PostgreSQL DBA – Job Requirements Open to GC and USC candidates only. Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL 11–16 administration. Experience migrating On-Prem PostgreSQL to Microsoft Azure using Azure DMS, pg_dump/pg_restore, and replication . Expertise in Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Azure VMs, Azure Storage, and Azure Monitor . Strong skills in backup/recovery, query optimization, performance tuning, replication, HA, and disaster recovery . Experience with database security, access controls, authentication, vulnerability assessments, and compliance . Strong Linux administration experience with RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu. Experience with Shell/Python/PowerShell, Terraform/ARM Templates, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and DevOps . Knowledge of pgAdmin, pgBouncer, Patroni, WAL-G ; Azure certifications AZ-104/DP-300 are preferred.
