We’re Hiring: Executive – Packaging Quality, Development & Procurement Location: Meerut Experience: 2–5 Years Company: Golden Bird Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. – DENTAKRIS We are looking for a hands-on professional to manage packaging quality inspection, development, supplier coordination, and procurement support for our dental and healthcare product portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Inspect and test incoming primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials * Verify specifications, dimensions, artwork, labels, barcodes, COAs, and supplier documents * Approve/reject packaging materials before release to filling/production * Develop and standardize packaging for existing and new products * Evaluate product-packaging compatibility for liquids, gels, pastes, powders, and resins * Conduct competitor benchmarking and recommend improvements in usability, protection, leakage control, and presentation * Coordinate with suppliers, QA/QC, R&D, Production, Stores, and Procurement * Support supplier qualification, CAPA, change control, and packaging-related investigations * Maintain packaging specifications, inspection reports, reference samples, BOMs, and development records Preferred Qualification PG Diploma/Degree in Packaging Technology preferred; B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry/Polymer Science/Packaging Engineering or related field. Candidates with experience in pharma, medical devices, dental, cosmetics, or healthcare packaging are preferred.
