Overview: We're seeking a talented Technical Consultant/Developer to join our growing team at SymphonyAI Retail. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing and supporting our AI-powered retail solutions, working directly with clients to optimize their retail operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and drive successful project outcomes. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Consult on the use and operation of software solutions in both Cloud and On-premise environments. Collaborate with Professional Services teams to develop standards and processes for Batch Management, Integration, Monitoring, Application Performance, and the transition to the Run Phase. Analyze and specify client requirements and information support needs. Ensure functional and technical compatibility of the software in line with development standards and specifications. Design, document, and implement technical solutions, including requirements analysis, technical documentation, programming, testing, installation, and the creation of supporting documentation. Create and update user and technical documentation. Provide technical support during the implementation of software solutions in client environments. What You'll Bring: Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken). Technical knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL. Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments (including Bash or shell scripting). Willingness and ability to learn new programming languages and technologies. Experience in client support or consulting, preferably in small to medium-sized environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of consulting, commercial activities, and logistics within retail supply chain solutions (preferred, not required). Category B driver’s license. Desirable but Not Mandatory Skills: Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C, XML, web services). Familiarity with business processes in trade and logistics.
