Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer - Motion & Animation to create and manage digital designs for our marketing needs, with a strong emphasis on motion design and animation . The responsibilities include managing graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, generating creative ideas, and bringing designs to life through motion graphics and animation for use across our marketing campaigns and digital platforms. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques, along with hands-on, demonstrable experience creating motion graphics and animation - this is a strict requirement, not a nice-to-have. Ultimately, an excellent Graphic Designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic and motion content. Responsibilities • Planning and managing all stages of design projects, including static graphic design and motion/animated content. • Ensuring delivery of high-quality and original artwork, both static and animated. • Managing and coordinating all aspects of the graphic design process, from concept through to completion, including animation and video. • Creating motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials. • Suggesting and making creative alterations to projects and drafts. • Coordinating with the Design team in generating new and innovative design ideas. • Maintaining brand consistency throughout all marketing projects, across both static and motion content. • Keeping up to date with industry trends in graphic and motion design, and creatively seeking out new techniques and tools. • Examining existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions that improve design capabilities. • Updating and maintaining internal databases for designs, photography, and video. • All other tasks as assigned. Requirements • A bachelor's degree in Design (preferably graphic design). • A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion design/animation work - required. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, or in a similar role. • Knowledge of graphic design techniques and the latest trends. • Proven, hands-on experience with motion design and animation, including proficiency in Adobe After Effects - this is a strict requirement. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment. • Good analytical and decision-making skills. Preferred: • Web and UI/UX design experience. • 3D animation experience (Blender).
