Data & Insights Manager – Drive Data-Led Finance in a Leading Financial Organisation Transform financial data into meaningful business insight Drive automation, reporting, and analytics across finance Hybrid role with excellent career development opportunities Join a leading financial organisation at the forefront of data-driven finance and reporting. As the business continues to grow, this is an excellent opportunity to shape how financial information is managed, analyzed, and presented to senior stakeholders . You'll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will help improve reporting, strengthen data quality, and drive greater efficiency across finance. This is a varied and high-impact role where you'll work across financial data, business intelligence, and transformation initiatives. You'll develop Power BI dashboards and data models, work with Snowflake and SQL, automate manual reporting processes, and turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. You'll also support senior finance stakeholders with detailed analysis, management reporting, variance analysis, profitability monitoring, and expense management, while helping establish robust data standards, controls, and reporting practices across the organisation . You will: Develop and enhance financial reporting, Power BI dashboards, and data models Transform and automate reporting processes using Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Python Support senior finance stakeholders with analysis, management information, and finance transformation projects Skills / Experience: Relevant experience in Finance, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. Advanced Power BI skills, data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with Snowflake, SQL, and Python experience Salary / Remuneration: Up to €85,000 + benefits.
