Facilitate communication across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and business teams. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and release readiness. Monitor project progress, risks, scope changes, and blockers while providing clear stakeholder updates. Support production issue follow-up by converting business impacts into actionable backlog items. Maintain documentation including requirements, workflows, product decisions, and release communications. Nice to Have Experience within supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or B2B platforms. Familiarity with .NET, SQL Server, or enterprise business applications. Exposure to warehouse systems, mobile applications, AI/ML initiatives, or data-driven business tools. Experience supporting globally distributed engineering teams. Knowledge of production support, defect management, release planning, and incident management processes. What You'll Gain Opportunity to help shape a growing global engineering organization. Work on business-critical platforms that support international operations. Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and modern technology. Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
