Solve IT hardware problems and plan computer maintenance plans, acceptance of new terminal equipment application, pre-installation, distribution and standardized configuration and inventory of the system; IT asset clearance: Issue a test report to evaluate whether it meets (deletion) clearance conditions, and for the cleared PCs, perform data deletion. Assist the stationed unit in managing IT terminal assets， including asset recovery， maintenance， and secondary distribution. Monitor the network security system， assist in configuring firewalls and IT security policies， provide computer usage norms information to users according to IT security policies. Be responsible for handling terminal equipment network connection services， including terminal PC maintenance such as network card drivers， IP address acquisition， etc.； handle the daily maintenance and event escalation of faults related to the access layer network connected by the terminal equipment. Maintain the stable operation of the institution's Internet， contact and coordinate Internet service providers when there are failures.
