Responsibiliti es Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed BI specifications Map target-to-source relationships and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation Perform data analysis, generate insights, and support data-driven decision making Lead and support cross-functional processes involving multiple stakeholders Participate in BI solution development, including testing and validation Continuously improve existing BI processes and reports Collaborate with teams using SQL, Data Warehouses, and BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, and PowerBI Prepare and present clear business and functional documentat ion Requireme nts: Bachelor's degre e in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Computer Sc ience, or another relevant technology-related field At l east 3 years of exper ience as a BI Systems An alyst or in a comb ined BI Analysis & Develo pment role within a large enterprise or financial organization Proven experience in writing Source-to-Target (S2T) mapping docu ments, including detailed source-to-target data mappings, transformation logic, business rules, and data validation requirements Proven experience working with Data Warehouses (DWH) and ETL proc esses, including data model design, staging/model/reporting layers, and a solid understanding of data loading processes Strong proficienc y i n SQL, including writing complex queries and performing basic query performance optimization, working with SQL S erver or cloud-based data warehouses i n an Azure environment Experience designing and specif ying BI dashboards and re ports using at least one of the following to ols: Tableau, Cognos, or PowerBI Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies, suc h as Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks , including defining and analyzing data processes on these platforms Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead tasks end-to-end, demonstrate high ownership, and apply strong analytical and business thinking
