Buscamos un(a) Ingeniero(a) de Redes y Telecomunicaciones con experiencia en implementación, configuración y troubleshooting de soluciones de networking, que quiera participar en proyectos regionales y trabajar de manera directa con clientes y equipos técnicos internacionales. Principales responsabilidades Analizar e implementar soluciones de telecomunicaciones y networking. Participar en configuración y troubleshooting de protocolos de enrutamiento como BGP, OSPF y EIGRP . Apoyar implementaciones relacionadas con MPLS, SD-WAN, TCP/IP, QoS, IPv6 e IP Multicast . Identificar riesgos, fallas técnicas y alternativas de solución durante las implementaciones. Definir y validar configuraciones de red de acuerdo con los requerimientos del proyecto y del cliente. Participar en pruebas, ventanas de implementación y sesiones técnicas con clientes. Apoyar el diagnóstico y solución de incidentes durante las implementaciones. Utilizar herramientas de monitoreo para validar el comportamiento y desempeño de las soluciones. Elaborar documentación, procedimientos e informes técnicos. Coordinar actividades con Project Managers, clientes, equipos de ingeniería y terceros. Apoyar la transición de las soluciones implementadas hacia equipos de operación y mantenimiento. ¿Qué buscamos? Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Comunicaciones o áreas afines . Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en redes, telecomunicaciones, implementación o roles relacionados. Experiencia práctica en TCP/IP y protocolos de routing . Conocimientos o experiencia en MPLS y SD-WAN . Experiencia realizando troubleshooting de redes . Experiencia trabajando con tecnologías de conectividad sobre fibra óptica y/o cobre . Mínimo 1 año de experiencia interactuando con clientes en contextos técnicos. Certificación CCNA vigente . Conocimientos básicos de scripting en Python, Shell o Perl serán valorados. Manejo de herramientas Microsoft, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint . Inglés conversacional , con capacidad para participar en reuniones y conversaciones técnicas con clientes y equipos internacionales (Se hace prueba) Portugués será considerado un plus. Condiciones Modalidad: Remota. Ubicación: Colombia Disponibilidad para trabajar de acuerdo con el horario y calendario del cliente en Estados Unidos. Disponibilidad ocasional para ventanas de implementación fuera del horario habitual, incluyendo noches, fines de semana o festivos cuando el proyecto lo requiera.

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
