Junior Quality Control Technician – Steering Systems (f/m/x)

At Sii, we are looking for a Junior Technician to join the team responsible for testing steering systems in a laboratory environment. In this role, you will prepare components and test stations, perform tests according to instructions and specifications, monitor the correctness of each stage, and record results. No prior experience in testing or the automotive industry is required. Basic technical knowledge in assembly, accuracy, and willingness to learn are what matter. The work is on-site in Tychy. Your tasks Preparing components and conducting steering system tests according to procedures Analyzing test results and preparing validation reports Participating in troubleshooting during tests Operating and configuring test stations Updating the database regarding machine status, tests, and results Supporting the engineering department in conducting validation tests and modifying and assembling prototypes Requirements Basic assembly skills gained during education or initial professional experience in a similar role Technical education, e.g., mechanical, mechatronic, or related field Ability to use basic tools used during assembly Basic ability to work according to instructions, procedures, and specifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Willingness to work on-site in Tychy Communicative level of English Fluent Polish language skills required and residence in Poland Nice to have Experience as an assembler, mechanic, maintenance technician, service technician, or quality technician Practical experience with assembly, disassembly, or repair of mechanical devices Competence in quality control or working according to quality standards Background in production, technical, or laboratory environments Basic knowledge of measuring instruments Interest in automotive or mechanical systems Job no.
