Business Analyst (SharePoint)

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews. Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications . Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, vendors, and project leadership throughout the SDLC. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Manage and prioritize project backlogs and track project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. Coordinate UAT, system testing, defect tracking, validation, and production readiness . Develop process documentation, workflows, prototypes, wireframes, and other supporting project artifacts. Support system implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and post-production activities. Communicate project status, risks, roadblocks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Assist with change management, training, implementation planning, and post-go-live support. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency . Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Systems Analysis, or a related field . Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation . Experience developing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements . Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies . Hands-on experience with UAT, testing, defect management, and validation . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms . Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP implementations or enterprise system implementations . Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Finance . Experience supporting data migration, system integrations, or cloud migrations . Government/public-sector project experience. Experience creating wireframes, mockups, or prototypes using tools such as Balsamiq or Adobe XD. Experience with change management and post-implementation support.
