Lead Technical Course Designer

Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 3+ Years Working Days: Monday – Friday Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for a Lead Instructional Designer – Tech with strong Instructional Design expertise and a solid understanding of technical concepts to create impactful, learner-centric digital learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and develop WBT/eLearning and ILT learning solutions, including storyboards, presentations, projects, scripts and other learning assets. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to transform complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences. Review, edit and enhance content for technical accuracy, instructional quality and learner effectiveness. Apply Instructional Design methodologies and adult learning principles. Lead, mentor and support team members while ensuring content quality and timely delivery. Contribute to improving learning content, processes and overall learner experience. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design / Learning Design. Strong proficiency in Instructional Design tools, principles and methodologies. Mandatory: Strong knowledge of technical concepts such as Java, C++, Python, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud or related technologies. Strong experience in content review and quality assurance. Experience in team handling, mentoring or leading a team. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
