About Jetinet Technologies Jetinet Technologies is building a commerce technology platform that simplifies and automates e-commerce operations — from supplier integration and product/catalog management to inventory, pricing, marketplaces, and orders. We're growing a US-focused e-commerce and commerce technology business with big plans ahead, and we're looking for an Ecommerce Manager to help lead that growth. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own product management, inventory management, and product listings across all our sales channels (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and beyond). You'll be the person who makes sure every product we sell is accurately listed, in stock, correctly priced, and performing well — across every channel, every day. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build and run the operational backbone of a growing e-commerce business. What You'll Do Product & Catalog Management Own the end-to-end product catalog: creation, enrichment, categorization, and quality Ensure product data (titles, images, attributes, UPCs, descriptions) meets each channel's standards Manage product listings across multiple marketplaces and sales channels Coordinate new product launches from supplier onboarding to live listing Inventory Management Monitor and reconcile inventory across marketplaces, supplier feeds, and internal systems Identify and resolve inventory mismatches, overselling risks, and feed failures Maintain accurate stock levels to prevent stockouts and lost sales Work closely with suppliers to keep inventory data current and reliable Multi-Channel Operations Manage listings and account health across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other channels Monitor pricing accuracy, MAP compliance, and marketplace policy compliance Resolve suppressed, inactive, or non-compliant listings quickly Track account performance metrics (order defect rate, late shipments, returns, feedback) and act on trends Reporting & Process Deliver regular reports on catalog health, inventory accuracy, and marketplace performance Build and improve SOPs for catalog, inventory, and marketplace operations Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements to prevent them What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, product/catalog management, or marketplace management Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and/or Shopify Strong understanding of inventory management and multi-channel listing workflows Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Strong problem-solving skills, you catch issues before they become revenue losses A proactive mindset: you don't wait for problems to be reported, you go find them
