Responsibilities: Coordinate job postings across various platforms to ensure visibility and reach. Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain the recruitment database and candidate files with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with background checks and reference verifications to support informed hiring decisions. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes. Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings across relevant platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
