Human Resources Information System Analyst

Opportunity in New York City Manages, maintains and helps optimize the Human Capital Management system. The role is to maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization HRIS data, and support in specialized projects. Functions/Responsibilities: Collaborates with various teams to determine the short- and long-term system objectives, develops a plan to modify and optimize HRIS applications, modules and systems to meet those objectives. Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals. Recommends process/service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes to better support our clinical and administrative staff. Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing team needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Collaborate with the rest of HRIS team to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS system and to test new applications and features. Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Qualification Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required. At least three years of experience with HR business systems is highly preferred. SHRM-CP a plus.
