First who:Professional with experience in Application Support, Managed File Transfer (MFT), or Systems AdministrationMotivated to build a career in Application Support and secure data exchange environmentsAutonomous, rigorous, and highly detail-oriented when handling sensitive data and critical file transfer processesComfortable communicating in English with international teams and external system administratorsStrong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills Then what:What You'll Do:Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flowsParticipate in the change request process for connectivity updates (technical and functional)Carry out and coordinate rigorous testing on implemented configurations to ensure zero-error deliveryMaintain accurate and secure configurations for sensitive data exchangesIdentify opportunities to improve security and efficiency in file transfer processesMaintain comprehensive technical documentation for file transfer maps and configurationsProvide Level 3 support for file transfer issues and implement workarounds to minimize business impactManage and maintain Axway software suites (Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport)Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch transfer processes What We're Looking For:Experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransportGood knowledge of LinuxKnowledge of Windows Server administration (stop, start, deploy, debug)Good knowledge of transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPSBasic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Load BalancersAbility to analyze complex technical scenarios from a systems administration perspectiveInterest in process improvement, automation, and secure data exchange environments is a plus
