About Liora Liora is an energy fintech: we operate distributed generation assets across Brazil and turn the savings they generate on clients' electricity bills into financial products, credit, cashback and benefits, without increasing what clients pay. Most people treat their electricity bill as a fixed, unavoidable cost, something you pay and forget. What they don't realize is that energy has all the characteristics of a financial asset: it's recurring, predictable, and present in virtually every household and business budget. Liora was built on that insight. The electricity bill stops being a burden and becomes a channel for economic opportunity, especially for the small businesses that traditional finance has always underserved. We're building an AI-first operation where agents score credit & risk, approve or decline applications, and run ownership transfers across dozens of energy distributors. This is not an automation project. It is a real business operation with real clients, real volume and real consequences, designed from day one to be run by AI agents. We are looking for the person who will make it work. What you'll operate Credit & Risk Deciding who is a good payer, who is too risky, and under what terms we should accept each client. Define and apply credit & risk criteria: evaluate payment behavior, energy consumption and other signals to determine approval, limits and risk. Run and improve the operation:m onitor decisions, portfolio health, default rates and edge cases, turning learnings into better rules and processes. Own the AI agents: define how they analyze applications, what they handle autonomously and where they escalate to you. Ownership Transfer Getting every new consumer unit (UC) fully switched over to Liora across dozens of distributors with different rules and systems. Own the process: map distributor requirements and ensure contracts and documentation are correct. Run and unblock the operation: track transfers, resolve rejections and exceptions, and keep applications moving. Own the AI agents: automate execution, define escalation points and continuously expand what agents can handle. These are complex, high-volume operations that, in the traditional model, would require large teams. At Liora, we want them run by agents, with you in command. Who you are We care less about titles and years of experience than about how you think, learn and solve problems. You don't need to have done this before. Very few people have. We're looking for someone early enough in their career to be excited by building something from scratch, but ambitious enough to take real ownership from day one. Degree and industry background don't matter. What matters is that you can move between business judgment and technical execution: understand the problem, build the solution, measure the result and improve it. You're not waiting for a defined process or formal training to get started. You enjoy figuring things out when there is no obvious answer. You spend time experimenting with AI agents because you're genuinely curious. You've tested tools, broken things, understood why they broke and tried again. Why now, why Liora The energy sector is full of opaque tariffs, fragmented processes and decades of accumulated complexity. Liora is turning that complexity into financial infrastructure for SMBs and high-consumption consumers. We're backed by Canary, 17Sigma and 468 Capital. We doubled in size in the first two months of 2026 and project 15x growth by year end. You'll join while the category is being created, with the autonomy to build the playbook as you go. The window is open. It won't stay that way forever.
