Resolver casos de baja y media complejidad; escalar oportunamente los de mayor complejidad. Coordinar y controlar casos derivados a consultores externos, verificando calidad y cierre. Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y documentar evidencias. Buscamos estudiantes de las carreras de Sistemas, Administración o Ingeniería. Con más de dos años de experiencia en soporte funcional o gestión de aplicaciones, trato con usuarios y proveedores externos. Se valorarán, sin ser excluyentes, conocimientos de SAP S/4HANA, módulo HR. Software Loyal. Gestión de tickets preferentemente InvGate, análisis funcional y documentación. Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.

They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
