Company Description ReachOut – English Language School offers personalized English instruction through one-to-one private lessons and online classes. Our methodology adapts teaching to each learner’s needs, goals, and level, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Role Description We are looking for an English Teacher to work with children and teenagers, both in our school in Curitiba and online. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate one-to-one lessons, adapting activities and materials to different learning styles and proficiency levels. Responsibilities include lesson planning, teaching individual classes, monitoring student progress, providing feedback, communicating with parents/guardians when appropriate, and maintaining attendance and learning records. The teacher should be comfortable using online teaching platforms and working collaboratively with the school. Qualifications * Strong English teaching skills and experience working with children and teenagers. * Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate and learner-centered lessons. * Excellent communication skills with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues. * Relevant qualifications in Languages, Education, or a related field; CELTA, TEFL, TESOL or similar certifications are a plus. * Experience teaching both in-person and online is an advantage. * Reliability, creativity, patience, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine interest in working with young learners. * Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Curitiba, PR.
