Senior Business Analyst - Commercial Pharma Analytics & Reporting Location: Remote is acceptable but candidates should reside in the EST time zone and be comfortable traveling to Parsippany, NJ office once per quarter for three consecutive days at their own expense. So local is preferred Role Summary Experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in enterprise reporting, analytics, and sales performance measurement within a commercial pharmaceutical environment. Skilled in gathering business requirements, creating user stories in Jira and Confluence, conducting gap analysis, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions. Hands-on experience with Excel, Qlik Sense, Snowflake, and Angular framework, with a strong focus on KPI reporting, sales force effectiveness metrics, stakeholder management, and customer interaction. Key Qualifications : Enterprise reporting and analytics experience a must. Commercial Pharma Experience Highly Preferred. Understanding of Key Performance Indicators and other metrics used to measure sales force effectiveness o Enterprise Reporting. Business Requirements and User Story Creation in Jira and Confluence. Gap Analysis. Strong in excel. Qlik sense environment. Some Snowflake experience. Angular Framework. Customer Interaction and Management.
