Atribuições: Testar o ambiente por meio de procedimentos pré-definidos a fim de zelar pelo correto funcionamento do ambiente pós mudança; Avaliar a saúde do ambiente por meio de ferramentas de monitoração visando o perfeito funcionamento do ambiente pós mudança; Emitir relatórios de execuções por meio de ferramentas existentes a fim de equalizar as ações realizadas e melhorias necessárias; Prover suporte de 1º, 2º e 3º níveis às demais áreas de TI e áreas de Negócio. Requisitos obrigatórios: Graduação completa nas áreas de TI ou Engenharia; Atuação com foco em infraestrutura de TI/Telecom On-prem e Cloud (preferência GCP); Profundo conhecimento de conceitos e práticas de telecom/rede, como roteadores, switches, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, segmentação de rede, criptografia e monitoração; Experiência nos serviços e protocolos de segurança (VPN site to site e client to site, SSO, IPS, IDS, AntiDDoS, WAF); Experiência prática com Terraform, Ansible ou Cloud Deployment Manager para automatizar a criação e o gerenciamento de recursos; Serviços Core do GCP: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), e IAM (Identity and Access Management); Contêineres e Orquestração: Conhecimento em Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Docker e Helm; Networking: Expertise em Cloud DNS, NSX, Load Balancing (Balanceadores de Carga), Cloud CDN e gerenciamento de rotas e sub-redes em VPC; Segurança: Conhecimento de melhores práticas de segurança no GCP, incluindo Cloud Armor, Cloud KMS (Key Management Service) e políticas de segurança; Monitoramento e Log: Experiência com Grafana, Graylog, Stackdriver, incluindo Cloud Monitoring e Cloud Logging para solucionar problemas e otimizar o desempenho; Automação e Scripting: Proficiência em linguagens de scripting como Python ou Shell Script para automatizar tarefas operacionais. They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
