Habilitações Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related areas; At least 3 years of experience in software development; Proficiency in any OOP languages and derivates (Java, Go, others); Experience developing with JVM-based Frameworks; Solid knowledge in API RESTful, RPC or GraphQL; Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; Proficient in using Git for version control; Experience with message brokers and event streaming systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ or NATS); Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, performant, and scalable code, with a strong emphasis on best practices and architectural patterns (TDD, DDD, clean architecture); Capacity to design and implement unit and integration tests; Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines; Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment; Structured, self-organized and collaborative way of working; Creativity and aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking; Good level of spoken and written English; Decision making and team management. Desirable (no Excludable) Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); Experience with load testing (K6, JMeter); Experience with monitoring, logging, and metrics tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack); Experience with critical, high-availability and scalable systems; Experience with real-time systems.
