Supply Chain Data Analyst – Middle Mile Operations

Responsibilities Analyze middle-mile transportation workflows to identify network bottlenecks, optimize transit efficiency, and drive cost savings. Design, build, and maintain automated KPI dashboards and data visualizations to monitor daily operational metrics. Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to streamline logistics and fulfillment workflows. Manage end-to-end analytical projects, translating business requirements into data-driven operational strategies. Partner with cross-functional supply chain teams to communicate insights, present findings, and implement process improvements. Required Skills 1–3 years of data analysis experience in a supply chain or logistics environment. Ability to write SQL queries from scratch Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables). Hands-on experience creating dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI Basic experience with Python Ability to project manage to keep projects on track Strong problem-solving abilities, independent initiative, and excellent cross-functional communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field, plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available 100% remote
