We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer / Development Lead to lead a team of Frontend and Full Stack Developers while remaining hands-on with coding and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL , combined with proven experience leading engineering teams, making architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires a strong balance of technical leadership, hands-on development, and DevOps knowledge . Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to Frontend and Full Stack Developers. Drive architecture, design decisions, coding standards, and overall technical quality. Remain hands-on with development, debugging, code reviews, and complex technical problem-solving. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL . Build and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs . Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Establish engineering best practices around clean code, reusable components, automated testing, and design patterns. Lead sprint planning, technical estimation, prioritization, and delivery within Agile/Scrum environments. Evaluate application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability. Mentor engineers through technical coaching, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Participate in production deployments and troubleshoot critical production issues when required. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices. English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required. Required Technical Skills 10+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of experience leading engineering/development teams. Strong hands-on expertise in: React.js Node.js GraphQL JavaScript (ES6+) TypeScript HTML5 / CSS3 Responsive web development Strong experience building scalable REST and GraphQL APIs . Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems . Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API . Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases , including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development practices. Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud environments, and deployment processes . Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
