The main focus of this role is to provide achievement and delivery against the Client's Key Result Areas and targets for CPM by maximising orders / sales in & out in their assigned stores across all SKU's. The Territory Sales Developer role is a combination of sales, merchandising and activating. They are responsible for the availability of core range, share of space and activations within their Geographical region. Benefits: Basic Salary - €31,038.48 €2,000 Performance Bonus Company Van Fuel Card €10 Daily Lunch Allowance Discounted Health Insurance Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Pay Companywide recognition awards regular & Company events and activities Fast career development and progression opportunities for performers from 6 months The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: To increase business and maximise sales To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line manager To increase Distribution and Availability within store of core range and process appropriate orders electronically for all stores to prevent gaps To increase Distribution and Availability within store by implementing national and locally agreed planograms and promotions Record all data accurately and submit in a timely manner on a daily basis Sell in and build activations in line with company targets Merchandising off sales To understand and identify the needs of the customer Communicate effectively with store management and line managers Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronically generated spreadsheets Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance Maintain CPM and Client standards at all times Attend a team conference call once a week and team meeting once a month/Qtr To generate new ideas and ways of working To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks Requirements: Full EU/Irish manual driving licence is essential Previous sales or merchandising experience in the retail sector A good understanding of the FMCG sector with knowledge of the convenience channel desirable PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: Must have energy and enthusiasm Excellent Interpersonal Skills and time management skills Attention to detail & target driven Technology Aware and intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Word, Outlook, Power Bi) Licence/Certification: European Manual Drivers Licence (required) Work authorisation: Ireland (required) Work Location: On the road
