We are seeking an Information Services Developer II to contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications and technology solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality systems while supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyze business needs, functional requirements, and technical specifications to develop effective application design strategies. Translate business concepts into scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, evaluate options, and implement cost-effective technical solutions. Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications following established coding standards and industry best practices. Utilize automation, testing, and deployment tools to support efficient software delivery processes. Participate in evaluating new technologies, software solutions, and system enhancements by assessing compatibility, resource requirements, maintenance needs, and business value. Integrate applications, services, databases, and software components within existing enterprise technology environments. Configure, deploy, and validate software solutions while assessing impacts on related systems and business processes. Contribute to the development of standards, reporting processes, and monitoring capabilities for application performance and system reliability. Participate in the research, design, development, and implementation of applications, databases, integrations, and interfaces. Support the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Troubleshoot issues identified throughout development and testing phases, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate technical documentation, development records, and system references to support ongoing operations and future enhancements. Provide technical support and collaborate with users and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions and excellent customer service. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience in a corporate or enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and development processes. Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, and software design principles. Experience with application development, integration design, database technologies, operating systems, and enterprise information systems. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges. Experience designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications. Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting project timelines and quality standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience working directly with internal or external customers to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions. Ability to remain professional and service-focused while working in high-pressure environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with modern web application development technologies, including .NET and C#. Familiarity with automation technologies, robotic process automation (RPA), and test automation frameworks. Knowledge of web servers, middleware, and operating environments, including Linux, Unix, Apache, and IIS. Experience with source control, application lifecycle management, and development collaboration tools. Familiarity with system integration, API development, and enterprise application architecture. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Understanding of performance optimization, application security, and software quality assurance practices.
