IT Support Specialist | Make an Impact Every Day Onsite - Lebanon, OH Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and keeping critical technology running smoothly? We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist to join a growing, people-focused organization where your work will directly enable teams to collaborate, communicate, and perform at their best. In this role, you’ll be the trusted technical resource for employees across the business—resolving day-to-day issues while helping maintain secure, reliable systems, networks, and communications technology. What You’ll Do Provide responsive technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, email, and phone-related issues. Set up, install, and support Windows PCs, peripheral equipment, printers, and user applications. Administer user accounts, email access, and out-of-office responses. Help monitor network infrastructure, system performance, and backup processes in alignment with disaster recovery plans. Support Windows and Windows Server environments. Assist with administration of EDI systems, PBX phone systems, voicemail, and call-accounting platforms. Maintain technology documentation, procedure manuals, and records for critical servers and network components. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of IT standards, policies, and procedures related to data integrity, cybersecurity, legal, and regulatory compliance. Create and maintain user-facing documentation and training materials. Coordinate copier and printer maintenance, including toner replacement, supply ordering, and vendor service requests. Partner closely with IT leadership on projects and a variety of technology initiatives. What We’re Looking For Experience in technical support, desktop support, help desk, or IT systems administration. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, PCs, printers, email, networking, and user-access issues. Comfort working with Windows Server, backups, network monitoring, and common business technology platforms. Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to nontechnical users. Organized documentation habits and the ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-moving environment. Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with internal teams, vendors, and IT leadership. Nice-to-Have Skills While not required, the following experience would be highly valued and may help you stand out: Experience providing support in Microsoft Azure environments. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, including user identity, access management, and account administration. Exposure to supporting SQL Server environments, including basic troubleshooting, user access, connectivity, and routine maintenance. Experience assisting with .NET applications or collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot application-related issues. Understanding of cloud security, identity management, and hybrid Windows/Azure infrastructure. Familiarity with phone systems, EDI environments, or enterprise communications tools.
