Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Associate - HCM Service Enablement Analyst to support HR technology, Talent Management systems, and operational processes. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to support business applications, troubleshoot issues, coordinate system enhancements, and improve HR processes and the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration and operational effectiveness of Talent Management products and processes, including Performance Management, Talent Ranking, Promotions, Learning, and Employee Relations. Partner with Talent Management, Technology, Employee Relations, and HCM Business Partners to understand business needs and identify effective solutions. Gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements. Manage and prioritize work items within product backlogs and support enhancements through Agile development cycles. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and validation of delivered solutions. Investigate user issues, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams. Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance the user experience, and standardize practices. Assist with project planning, change management activities, training materials, and end-user communications as needed. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, HR, technology, or a related field. Experience supporting HR technology, business applications, HRIS, or enterprise systems preferred. Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strongly preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Exposure to system implementations, requirements gathering, testing, change management, or production support is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product backlog management is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes. Strong critical-thinking skills with a passion for identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement. Schedule This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days on-site in Alpharetta, GA . Why Join Us?
