Systems Analyst

A leading technology-driven organisation is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing their critical business applications. The Role Provide 2nd line support for key business applications Configure and maintain business systems and workflows Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting Build and maintain reports and dashboards Support Power Automate workflows and low-code solutions Monitor data quality, resolve data issues, and support system integrations Assist with data migrations during legacy system modernisations Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and managed service providers to resolve technical issues What You'll Need Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst Strong SQL skills, including query writing and data troubleshooting Experience with 2nd line application support Familiarity with supporting CRM, ERP, or other business systems Experience with Power Automate Proficiency in reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or similar Beneficial to have experience with system integrations or data migrations Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities What's On Offer Fully remote working Competitive salary up to £50,000 Permanent position with long-term security Opportunity to work on a significant application modernisation programme Apply via Haystack today!
