We are looking for a chat support executive to manage customer queries and order-related activities through chat. The role requires strong communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and effective coordination with the operations team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries and requests through chat support. Manage and monitor orders, including order-related queries, updates, and issues. Coordinate closely with the operations team to resolve customer and order-related concerns. Follow up with the relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved within the expected turnaround time. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and order-related issues. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and courteous communication. Follow defined processes, SOPs, and service-level standards. Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the concerned teams for improvement.
