This is a true ground-floor opportunity: you'll build the marketing function from scratch, with full ownership access and real influence over how the brand shows up across every location. Why this role is different: You're the architect, not the hire — this starts as a department of one, but the plan is to grow it as the concept expands. You'll shape what marketing becomes here, not just execute someone else's playbook. Restaurant marketing experience matters — this is a multi-unit, high-volume restaurant brand, and we want someone who already speaks that language: local store marketing, guest traffic, seasonal promotions, the whole playbook. Creative and collaborative in equal measure — you'll craft the brand's voice and visual identity, but you'll do it in close partnership with ownership and operations, not in a silo. On-site, in Chicago — this is a hands-on, in-market role built around real relationships across locations. Not a remote position.
