We're looking for a Senior Recruiter (French Speaking) to join our Baker Hughes account, supporting hiring across France and wider EMEA markets. As a Senior Recruiter, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, sourcing teams, and recruitment support functions to develop hiring strategies, provide market insight, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and ensure successful hiring outcomes. This role will support a broad range of hiring across engineering, blue-collar, HR, People & Culture, and other business functions. Key Accountabilities: Deliver end-to-end recruitment across France and wider EMEA markets, ensuring vacancies are filled in line with agreed service levels and timelines. Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative recruitment support throughout the hiring process. Lead vacancy intake discussions to define role requirements, attraction strategies, assessment approaches, timelines, and hiring plans. Partner with sourcing teams to identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent through proactive sourcing and talent pipelining. Use market insights and recruitment expertise to advise stakeholders on talent availability, hiring strategies, and realistic expectations. Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience from first engagement through to start date. Lead offer management and negotiations, supporting hiring managers in securing top talent. Monitor recruitment activity and funnel performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks. Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring demand and strategic workforce planning. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and excellent hiring manager experience. Support continuous improvement initiatives and share recruitment best practices across the wider team. Coach and mentor colleagues by sharing knowledge, market expertise, and account-specific best practices. Skills & Requirements: Must Have: Fluent French language skills (mandatory). Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including active sourcing and talent attraction. Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and hiring demands. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies. Good to have: Experience in Oil & Gas or engineering environments would be a strong advantage. Experience recruiting engineering, technical, manufacturing, or blue-collar talent. Experience supporting hiring across France and/or wider EMEA markets. Previous experience within an RPO, agency, or in-house recruitment environment.
