Job Description Product design Design UI screens and in-app assets for mobile (Flutter) and web applications Build and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems in Figma Produce icon sets, illustrations, and app store assets at the correct resolutions and densities Hand off production-ready files to developers with clear specifications for spacing, type, and colour Support bilingual layouts in Khmer and English, accounting for how Khmer script affects line height and text length Brand and marketing Create and apply brand identity: logos, colour systems, typography rules, and usage guidelines Design marketing visuals for social media, campaigns, and advertising Produce print collateral — banners, flyers, business cards, signage — prepared correctly for local printers Build presentation and pitch decks for clients, partners, and government submissions Produce motion graphics and short animated content for product and campaign use Consistency and process Maintain a consistent visual identity across every product and channel Keep source files organised, named, and accessible so work is not lost between projects Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback without losing the original design intent Manage several concurrent requests and communicate realistic timelines. Job Requirement Experience 2+ years of professional graphic design experience A portfolio demonstrating range — product UI, branding, and marketing work, not only one of the three Experience delivering assets to a development team, not only to a client or a print shop Tools Strong Figma skills for UI/UX work, including components, auto layout, and shared libraries Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop at a professional level Motion and video capability — After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent Comfortable working with print specifications: bleed, CMYK, resolution, and file preparation. Craft Solid grounding in typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy Understands mobile design constraints: touch targets, safe areas, screen densities, and platform conventions Knowledge of Khmer typography and local design aesthetics, and how to balance them with a modern product look. Working style Meets deadlines in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Takes feedback as input rather than instruction, and can explain the reasoning behind a design choice sks what the design is for before starting, rather than after the first draft Organised with files and versions — the team should be able to find the latest asset without asking.
