Our client is a well known multinational professional service company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a Regional IT Support Specialist to cope with the business. Responsibilities - Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephony systems, collaboration platforms, and business applications. - Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations through the organization's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform while ensuring timely user communication. - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues for both onsite and remote users. - Support conference room technology, audiovisual equipment, video conferencing systems, and related workplace collaboration solutions. - Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, technical procedures, and knowledge base articles. - Ensure compliance with information security policies, user access controls, and identity verification procedures. - Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement coordination, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, replacement, and secure disposal. - Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning, account setup, orientation, and technology training. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application support teams on system upgrades, testing, maintenance activities, and technology projects. - Travel regularly across APAC offices to provide onsite support, strengthen user engagement, perform equipment refreshes, and ensure consistent IT service delivery. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience providing IT support within a multinational corporation, professional services environment, or enterprise organization. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word. - Experience supporting virtual desktop and remote access technologies such as Citrix. - Familiarity with enterprise applications, document management systems, collaboration tools, PDF software, and productivity platforms. - Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, user account administration, distribution lists, and mobile device management. - Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, including installation, troubleshooting, imaging, and replacement activities. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is highly desirable. - Self-motivated team player with strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to continuous learning. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the APAC region and provide support outside standard business hours when required.
