We are seeking a detail-oriented, fast-moving Salesforce Senior Associate to support the daily administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who has solid working knowledge of Salesforce and can grow into a key partner on UAT, training, and major cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate with 4 to 6 yrs of experience in Salesforce, who can partner closely with our Operations lead on high-impact initiatives while also owning the day-to-day associate-level work that keeps the org running smoothly. You move quickly and efficiently, communicate clearly with both techno Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Support Support daily administration of the Salesforce org, including user setup and deactivation, profiles, roles, permission sets, and public groups. Monitor data quality — run duplicate reviews, data validation, and clean-up procedures, including mass data uploads and migrations. Provide responsive end-user support and troubleshoot ad hoc platform issues. Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of processes, configurations, and administrative procedures. Quality Control (QC) & Opportunity Management Serve on the QC Approval Team: review and close out opportunities and verify accuracy in OpenAir. Assist with making any changes to closed-won opportunities, escalating to the manager with any concerns. Remind other approvers (Practice / Segment Leads) of outstanding requests when items are held up in the approval process. Pipeline Inbox Monitoring Monitor the Pipeline Inbox for incoming requests, ensuring items are getting tagged, and notify the manager of any concerns. Respond to questions on the status of project code and stage in Salesforce. Be timely with responses — check the inbox multiple times a day and always first thing in the morning. User Management & Provisioning Add new Salesforce users and deactivate departing users. Run any new-user requests before agreeing to set up access. Update the Riveron Account for employee departures. Troubleshooting SFDC Errors & Issues Collaborate effectively with team members to address user-related SFDC issues. Escalate issues promptly when identified. Training, Documentation & Enablement Assist with Salesforce training of new professionals identified for Salesforce access. Facilitate user training sessions and drive adoption of new features and best practices. Keep the RevOps Intranet (Omnia) site updated. Reporting Fulfil Salesforce reporting requests and build/maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs. Required Qualifications Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) — comfortable navigating and, including reports/dashboards, user management, and standard configuration. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to non-technical users. Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently, managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating training materials and delivering user training. Salesforce Administrator certification (good to have, not a must). Experience partnering with operations, sales, or revenue teams on cross-functional projects.
