About the Opportunity The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of tools supporting providers, patient workflows, and diagnostic reporting. This position contributes to delivering a high-quality user experience and reliable product performance while supporting the organization’s mission of proactive healthcare. Responsibilities • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to establish quality standards. • Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies. • Create, execute, and maintain test documentation and plans. • Perform manual and automated testing of web applications, including exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, and UI testing. • Test APIs and backend services for functionality and robustness. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track quality issues and defects. • Lead root cause analysis to expedite defect resolution. • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices. • Participate in process improvements to enhance product quality and engineering efficiency. • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure web applications comply with accessibility standards through appropriate testing. • Support performance and security testing as applicable. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years of professional software QA experience. • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience with test design techniques and implementation. • Proficiency with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, and APIs. • Experience testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs. • Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG and testing tools such as Axe or Lighthouse. • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium. • Proficiency with bug tracking systems such as JIRA. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering user-centered products. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Pay Range and Compensation Package • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
