The Opportunity We're looking for a highly analytical, persuasive, and organized Product Marketing Manager to join the Simplehuman Marketing team. This role owns the go-to-market strategy for our product portfolio, from setting MSRP and assortment through new item launch, serving as the connective tissue between product, sales, marketing, and planning. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable digging into pricing models and margin math as they are shaping a compelling brand story and launch narrative. You'll own the product roadmap and the launch calendar, determine which channels each item belongs in, and set the strategy that gets new products to market on time and positioned to win. Alongside strategy, you'll corral cross-functional teams, keeping product, sales, ops, and marketing aligned and accountable through every stage of a launch. This is a fully on-site position based in our Torrance, CA office. What You'll Own Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches, from concept through retail shelf, defining timing, positioning, and channel strategy Set MSRP and pricing architecture across the assortment, balancing profitability, competitive positioning, and channel requirements Build and manage assortment plans, determining which products belong in which channels (mass, club, specialty, DTC, and beyond) Own and maintain the product roadmap, partnering with product development, sales, and operations to keep launches on schedule Lead cross-functional launch execution, corralling input from product, sales, creative, ops, and supply chain into a single, accountable launch plan Develop launch strategy decks, sell-in materials, and positioning frameworks for internal teams and retail partners Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence in Excel to inform launch, pricing, and assortment decisions Communicate product stories and launch plans clearly and persuasively to leadership, sales teams, and retail partners Represent product marketing in cross-functional roadmap and launch review meetings What We're Looking For 5-10 years of product marketing, brand marketing, or product management experience, ideally in consumer goods/products Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and new item launches, from MSRP setting through retail sell-in Strong data, math, and Excel skills, with the ability to build pricing models, launch trackers, and forecasts A true left-brain/right-brain thinker, equally comfortable with data-driven analysis and creative brand storytelling Solid understanding of retail channels and channel strategy, knowing which products belong where and why Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to corral cross-functional teams around a shared launch plan Experience owning and managing a product roadmap across multiple SKUs or categories Highly organized project manager, comfortable juggling multiple launches and deadlines simultaneously Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience About Simplehuman We're a mature company with the soul of a start-up.
