HEAD CHEF WANTED — PAPI’S COMFORT KITCHEN We’re looking for a Head Chef to take the lead in the kitchen at Papi’s Comfort Kitchen . Papi’s is all about bold flavours, proper comfort food, great ingredients and food that people genuinely get excited about eating. We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to take real ownership of the kitchen and help shape what comes next. This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to run service. We’re looking for a chef who can lead a team, develop great food, maintain high standards and build a kitchen that runs properly . What you’ll be responsible for: • Leading and developing the kitchen team • Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation • Menu development and new dishes • Food costing, margins and stock management • Ordering and supplier relationships • Kitchen organisation, prep systems and service • Food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards • Recruitment, training and building a strong kitchen culture Who we’re looking for: You’re an experienced chef who is confident running a busy kitchen and leading from the front. You care about the details, but you also understand the bigger picture: great food, happy guests, a motivated team and a commercially healthy kitchen. Most importantly, we want someone with ideas, ambition and personality—someone who wants to put their own stamp on Papi’s rather than simply maintain what already exists.
