Foresight Automotive is looking for an experienced and driven Director of Business Development & Marketing Communications to lead business growth, strategic partnerships, market development, and marketing communications activities. This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with executive management, R&D, Product, and Program Management. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial and strategic capabilities with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex automotive technologies into compelling business propositions. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, customers, and strategic partnerships. Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders. Lead business presentations, proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions. Conduct market and competitive analysis and support go-to-market strategy. Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and international engagements. Marketing Communications Develop and maintain clear corporate, product, and technology messaging. Lead corporate and customer presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing materials. Manage content across the company website, LinkedIn, and digital channels. Support PR activities and communications around customers, partnerships, products, and company milestones. Coordinate exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. Ensure consistent positioning and branding across business development and marketing activities. Manage external PR, marketing, design, and communications partners. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA – an advantage. 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, or related commercial roles, preferably in a technology-driven B2B environment. Proven experience developing new business and managing strategic customer and partner relationships. Strong commercial understanding and ability to work with complex technological products. Excellent presentation, writing, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience working with international customers and partners. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in automotive, mobility, ADAS, V2X, or related technologies – an advantage. Language & Travel Exceptional English proficiency – written and spoken. Ability to independently prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and business communications and conduct complex discussions with international customers and partners. Willingness to travel internationally, typically once every two months, depending on business needs. Personal Attributes Hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
