Keep baking equipment clean and in good working condition. Requirements: Proven experience in bread baking. Good knowledge of bread production techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must have knowledge of making different varieties of bread, including banana bread, coconut bread, chocolate bread, and other specialty breads.
