Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst We are looking for a self-motivated Business Systems Analyst to join the IT team based in Macclesfield. The individual will play a key role in driving forward digital transformation, working with the different departments across the business to promote change. We have a complex ecosystem including an ERP system, WMS system, a PIM system, e-commerce website built on customised platform and marketplace integration platforms. We are looking for someone to help support these as well as help drive improvements. Roles and responsibilities Identify improvements to be made and collaborate with the teams to make this happen. Assist in User acceptance testing for development work from internal developers and external third parties. Feeding back results so issues can be fixed. Create and distribute users guides where needed. Review, prioritise and resolve issues raised by users via Jira where possible. Escalating cases where needed. Working with third parties to identify issues and finding a resolution which works for the business. Required Skills Attention to detail Analytical thinking and problem solving Written and verbal communication, able to adapt language to suit different stakeholders Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads and demonstrate flexibility when demands change Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio etc Business analysis methodologies and frameworks Preferred skills/experience Knowledge of Jira or similar system Knowledge of retail/e-commerce/warehouse operations Knowledge/experience in IT background ABOUT US At Pour Moi, the passion and ambition of our people has been shaping who we are for over 15 years.
