Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a proactive and technically curious DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building reliable internal infrastructure and improving engineering workflows through automation. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, enhance internal tools, and help ensure stable and efficient services for engineering, security, and other internal teams. Tech Stack Monitoring: Zabbix, Grafana, Graylog Operating Systems: Unix-like (CentOS/Debian/Ubuntu), Windows Server Languages: Ready to work with Python, SQL, optional: Groovy, PowerShell Containers: Docker (and similar container runtimes) Orchestration & Service Mesh: Kubernetes, Istio CI/CD Systems: Jenkins, TeamCity Cloud services: Azure/AWS (optional) Others: Git, Terraform, Ansible, IIS, SVN Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize automation for CI/CD pipelines (builds, quality checks, deployments, e2e testing, performance testing, etc), enabling faster and safer releases for R&D teams. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
