Job Description Business Systems Analyst 2 Experience Requirements Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in IT operations, specifically supporting Networks, Traceability systems (such as 42Q), and ERP environments Industry Background: Previous exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics environments Project Exposure: Experience supporting system deployments, B2B data exchanges, and cross-departmental IT troubleshooting. Knowledge 42Q Tools & MES Platforms DOF Processes & Configurations B2B Transactions (EDI & API) Productivity Suites (MS Office & Google Workspace) IT Network terms, network diagrams Supply Chain & Warehouse Processes: Languages: English B1-B2 (Intermediate-Upper Intermediate, capable of technical communication) Soft Skills & Competencies Accountability & Reliability: High sense of responsibility to manage critical operational systems with minimal supervision. Continuous Improvement: Strong desire to learn, highly self-taught, and adaptable to new technological trends. Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex IT concepts to non-technical users in the warehouse and supply chain teams.
