Learning Designer Staff

Job Description 1.Curriculum Development Design the structure of learning curricula based on the competency framework and SuksesCorp's business needs Develop learning objectives, learning paths, and module roadmaps for each competency area (soft skill, technical skill, hard skill) Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) with relevant stakeholders to identify competency gaps Build instructional design frameworks (e.g., 12-screen module arc, mnemonic devices, case study structures) that are consistent and scalable 2. E-Learning Content Production Create storyboards, VO scripts, and visual assets for e-learning modules Produce e-learning videos end-to-end (scripting, voice-over coordination, basic editing, through to uploading to the LMS) Develop interactive elements (quizzes, branching scenarios, knowledge checks) that are engaging and relevant Ensure content is substantive ("berbobot") — grounded in real reasoning and concrete analogies, not just informational 3. LMS & Content Management Manage content on the SINTIA LMS (upload, update, maintain modules) Map and curate external resources (videos, articles, documents) as gap-fillers while the internal content library is being built out Monitor completion rates and module feedback for continuous improvement 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with the comms/branding team on L&D-related campaigns (e.g., mascot campaign, internal announcements) Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across divisions to validate technical content Requirements Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate learning (prior exposure to LMS/e-learning platforms is a strong plus) Familiar with instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks) Experience creating storyboards and VO scripts for learning videos Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools) — a plus if experienced with end-to-end production Familiar with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Canva, animated PowerPoint, etc.) Basic understanding of LMS operations (content upload, progress tracking, etc.) Detail-oriented, especially in maintaining tone and content consistency across modules
