Role Description This full-time on-site 3D Designer role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The 3D Designer will develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations for workplace design projects, ensuring accurate representation of architectural concepts and interior layouts. Daily responsibilities include creating detailed 3D scenes, working with lighting and materials for realistic rendering, and collaborating with architects, interior designers, and project managers. The role also involves producing animated walkthroughs or motion visuals when needed, preparing presentation-ready graphics, and refining designs based on feedback from the project team and clients. The 3D Designer is expected to manage project files efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining consistent visual standards. Qualifications Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for architectural and interior spaces. Proficiency in Lighting for realistic rendering and visual storytelling. Experience with Graphic Design to create clear, engaging visual presentations. Ability to produce Animation or motion visuals for project walkthroughs and client presentations. Proficiency in relevant 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator). Solid understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, and materiality. Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Previous experience in workplace, interior, or architectural visualization is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required.
