We're looking for a proactive and confident Sales & Business Development Intern who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and contributing to the agency's growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through online research and outbound prospecting. Conduct cold calls to business owners and decision-makers. Schedule meetings for the founders with potential clients. Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels. Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and follow-up status. Follow up with warm and existing leads to move them through the sales pipeline. Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations. Visit businesses in person when required for meetings, networking, or lead generation. Represent Pitchbrands professionally during field visits and networking opportunities. Meet daily and weekly outreach and meeting targets. Share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback with the team. Requirements Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Comfortable making 50–100 outbound calls per day. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits when required. Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage. What We're Looking For Someone who isn't afraid of rejection. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
