The FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities for the organisation, ensuring accurate reporting and insightful decision-making. This position requires expertise in multi country data management, visual reporting tools such as Power BI and the ability to partner effectively across multiple business opertations. Description This position plays a key role within the European Finance team, delivering high‑quality analysis, reporting and insights to support planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making. The role is deeply focused on data, automation and process improvement, helping to modernise reporting, strengthen data governance and enhance the analytical capability of the wider finance organisation.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Forecasting Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning cycles Prepare and analyse large datasets to underpin modelling and scenario planning Deliver variance analysis, trends, and performance commentary Consolidate inputs from multiple countries into one coherent financial view Process Improvement Strengthen data governance, documentation and process standardisation Identify opportunities to streamline data flows and automate manual tasks Integrate and analyse CRM‑based data (e.g., Salesforce) to expand commercial insight Support ongoing initiatives to improve forecasting and reporting quality Insights Leadership Provide analytical support to senior stakeholders Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful insights Build strong working relationships across Finance and Operations to align on KPIs and data definitions Business partnering Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior leaders across Europe, providing financial insight, challenge and decision support to drive commercial and operational performance. Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations, identifying risks, opportunities and actions that support business objectives and strategic decision-making. Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders to improve planning, forecasting, performance management and adoption of best-practice financial processes. Profile The Successful Applicant 3-5+ years' experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or BI within a multinational environment, with a strong track record of automating reporting, improving processes and enhancing data quality. Advanced capability in BI Tools, strong Excel (Power Query/Pivot) and familiarity with ERP systems; experience working with CRM datasets such as Salesforce is an advantage. Strong financial and analytical grounding with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights; structured, detail‑oriented communicator who can partner effectively across Finance and Operations.
