Job responsibilities Plan content for online marketing activities and implement from conception to execution including editing, proofreading and reviewing content. Co-ordinate with internal graphic designing teams, media agencies and other suppliers for timely production of marketing materials for both online and offline marketing activities. Assist in the planning & execution of international marketing events with the host country team or independently, as needed to enhance brand visibility and promote sales. Monitor the corporate accounts across all local social media platforms and responding to all the enquiries. Review contracts with different suppliers on a periodic basis and suggest changes, wherever required Track and analyze weekly progress of online marketing campaigns/enquiries and report regularly to the international marketing manager. Co-ordinate the logistics for all property tours for agents as well as local and international CRM/ marketing events including venue finalization, designing promotional materials, event invitations, registration and attendees tracking and post event evaluations. Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing or related field. At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Marketing Communications. Language Requirements: -Chinese: Fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. (Spoken and Written) -English: Excellent communication skills in English. -Thai: Basic proficiency in Thai is acceptable. Good negotiation and presentation skills. Experience in foreign countries or real estate would be an advantage. Interested in lifestyle, architecture, traveling and F&B.
