WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER – CIVIL CONSTRUCTION Company: Vijayadhan Developers LLP Location: Deva Road, Lucknow Industry: Real Estate & Construction Employment Type: Full-Time Vijayadhan Developers LLP is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead and manage our commercial construction projects from execution through successful completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites Supervise contractors, labour teams and site personnel Ensure projects are completed on schedule and as per quality standards Monitor material consumption, inventory and control wastage Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and internal teams Monitor project costs, timelines and overall progress Ensure site safety and quality compliance Review drawings, construction methods and technical requirements Resolve technical and on-site execution challenges Manage inspections and smooth handover of completed units Candidate Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Proven experience in commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods and quality standards Good knowledge of construction materials and wastage control Strong workforce, contractor and vendor management skills Excellent leadership, planning, communication and problem-solving abilities Ready to take ownership of challenging commercial construction projects?
